TRAZO OSCURO

Unlikely: EKO

When I first saw EKO’s illustrations, I couldn’t believe it. I felt a sense of amazement, disbelief, utter astonishment.

I wondered what year they were from, because they were far too daring. You would analyze them, and the more you did, the less you understood what you were seeing. I immersed myself in his entire website and fell completely in love.

I had seen a lot of dark art around that time, but what I had in front of me slipped through my fingers. And I remained lost in every stroke. Not even in hell could I imagine such depravity.

I don’t remember how I ended up on his website. There are words that perfectly describe the sensations each illustration holds: “The blood on his fingers turns black and splashes every drawing by EKO like a bad dream we don’t want to wake up from.”
